In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific client agreement, the client agreement will prevail.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Portfolio Usage

3.1 Agency Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CraftersDigi and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

3.2 Client Deliverables & Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final delivered assets.

CraftersDigi retains ownership of:

  • Working files
  • Drafts and iterations
  • Raw materials and source files

Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Portfolio Rights

CraftersDigi reserves the right to:

  • Showcase completed projects
  • Display client logos
  • Share campaign results and case studies

Across our website, portfolio, and social media channels for promotional purposes.

This applies unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) explicitly restricts such use.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
  • Supply required assets (logos, images, content, brand guidelines) in a timely manner
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays
  • Ensure that all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights

CraftersDigi is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client inputs.

5. Payment and Billing Terms

  • Service fees will be defined in individual proposals, agreements, or invoices
  • Projects may require upfront deposits before work begins
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

  • Suspension of ongoing work
  • Delay in project delivery
  • Pausing or termination of active campaigns

CraftersDigi reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of non-payment.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or exploit website content without authorization
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise website security
